How long will it take for my order to ship?
We package and ship your order as soon as possible. Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, biosshopping.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
Can I make changes to my shipping address after I place my order?
We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed.
When will I be charged?
You will be charged when your order, or a portion of your order, has shipped. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped, along with applicable shipping and tax rates.
How do I know if my order has shipped?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email. Click here to check the status of your order. If you are a registered user, simply log in to your account. Guest users must enter their order number and billing zip code.
Does B.I.O.S. ship outside of the contiguous US and/or to PO boxes?
Yes! Orders shipped to APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and PO boxes cannot be expedited and will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
